1. Shipping Areas

We do not support shipping to:

U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam
2. Shipping Costs
We keep our rates simple and upfront:

United States: Flat rate $4.99 — Free shipping on orders over $89

Panama: Flat rate $10.99 — No free shipping threshold
All taxes, import duties, and shipping-related fees are fully covered by Selleun.
You will not be charged any additional tax or customs fees at checkout or upon delivery.
Shipping costs are clearly calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
For both the U.S. and Panama:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays)

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) are processed the same day

Orders after cut-off are processed the next business day
Estimated Transit Time:

United States: 4–6 business days

Panama: 8–10 business days
Shipping Carriers:

Panama orders are shipped via DHL, UPS Worldwide, or FedEx International, depending on location and expected delivery speed.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including:

A tracking number

A direct tracking link from the shipping carrier
Please note: For Panama shipments, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
a. Damaged during shipping:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Selleun within 72 hours of receiving it. Include:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
Selleun will review your case and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
b. Lost shipments:
If your order hasn’t arrived after:

14 business days for U.S.
-
12 business days for Panama
And your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, please contact [email protected] or +1 (708) 261-3479 .
Once confirmed as lost, Selleun will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
a. United States:
Selleun accepts returns from U.S. customers within 90 days of delivery.

If the return is due to an error or product defect, Selleun will provide a prepaid return label.

For returns due to personal preference (e.g. changed mind, wrong size), customers cover the return shipping.
All items must be in unused, unwashed condition to qualify for return.
b. Panama:
Selleun also accepts returns from Panama, within 90 days of delivery.

If the product is defective or there was a shipping error, Selleun covers return shipping.

If the return is customer-initiated, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
No customs duties or return taxes will be charged to the customer. Selleun covers all import/export-related costs.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Please contact Selleun as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.
