At Selleun, we make our own shirts, store them ourselves, and pack every order by hand — so we understand the full journey your item takes before it gets to you. Still, we know not everything works out. That’s why this return & refund policy is here. Please read carefully to understand what’s covered, how long things take, and how to start a return if needed.

1. Return Eligibility – Who Can Return What
You’re welcome to request a return if:

You contact us within 90 days of receiving your item
This gives you three full months to try the shirt, inspect it, or hold onto it as a gift. We just ask that you let us know within that timeframe. -
The shirt is in unused condition
Returns must be unworn and unwashed. That means no signs of wear (like deodorant stains, perfume smell, or pet hair), and the shirt hasn’t been through a laundry cycle. -
All tags and packaging are intact
If the shirt arrived with a hang tag, sticker, or label, please keep those attached. For packaging, use the original bag or something similar that protects the product in return transit. -
You can provide proof of purchase
An order number or receipt from Selleun is needed so we can verify your purchase and process the return properly.
2. When Selleun is Responsible
We cover return costs and make things right if:

You received the wrong item
Maybe the shirt isn’t the size or color you ordered. Or maybe the wrong design got packed by mistake. We’ll make it right. -
The product has a defect
This could include crooked or peeling print, stitching that’s come loose, uneven hems, or holes/marks not caused by shipping. -
The shirt was damaged during shipping
If the package arrives visibly torn and the shirt inside is damaged, please take a photo and let us know. We’ll fix it.
In all these cases:

We’ll send you a prepaid return label, so you don’t pay to ship it back

You can choose a full refund or a free replacement

We’ll also refund your original shipping cost
3. If You Simply Changed Your Mind
Returns are still welcome when:

The size doesn’t fit you the way you hoped

You changed your mind about the color or style
-
You just don’t want the item anymore
In these cases, we understand. But since the product isn’t faulty, we ask that:

You cover the return shipping — you can use any carrier, but we recommend tracked shipping

We refund the product price only — original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once we receive the shirt and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund right away.
4. What Can’t Be Returned
Some items just can’t go back:

Custom shirts with your own designs
If you asked us to print a personal photo, name, or phrase — or we made the shirt to your measurements — it can’t be returned unless something’s wrong with it. -
Final sale items
If a product was marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout, it’s not returnable. -
Used or washed items
Even if it was worn just once, we can’t accept returns unless the issue is our fault. This helps us keep hygiene and quality consistent for all customers.
5. Who Can Return and Where to Send It

6. How to Start a Return
Here’s what to do:

Include your order number, the reason for return, and attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days

If it’s our mistake, we’ll send you a free return label

7. How to Pack & Ship the Return

Reuse the original mailer or use a new padded envelope/box to protect the item

Make sure the shirt is folded neatly and sealed inside

Always include a note with your order number

If you’re paying for return shipping, we strongly recommend a tracked shipping method
We won’t be able to refund you if the return is lost or damaged during the journey.
8. Refund Timing & Method

Processing Time: Within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Email Notification: You’ll get an email once the refund is approved and processed

Bank Posting Time: Most banks take 3–7 business days to credit the funds. This part depends on your bank.
9. Exchanges (Optional)
If you want to swap for another size or design:

Let us know when you submit your return request

If the item is available, we’ll reserve it for you

Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the replacement right away

No additional shipping charge for the exchange
